The Paper Submission Process
There are five steps to the submission process: Download and complete the Paper Submission Template, upload or email the completed template to this site, receive the converted paper in PDF form to review and approve, upload the final PDF document, and, finally, sign and fax the copyright form.
| PLEASE NOTE: If you have the capability to create your own PDF document you can skip Steps 2 and 3. You'll still need to download and use the template provided in Step 1. And, make sure to title the document in the correct format as noted below. |
STEP 1: Download the Paper Submission Template: The first thing to do is to download the Paper Submission Template. This is a Microsoft Word document so you'll open this template in Microsoft Word. There are notes within the document to assist you in completing the template. Please do not change the page margins or fonts -- keep the formating as it is.

NOTE: Be sure to download the document to your computer
before opening it and completing it. If you open it from within
your browser any changes you make to it may not save. |
STEP 2: Upload or Email the Completed Paper Submission Document: Once you have completed the template you can either upload it to the website using the link below, or, you can email it to the Site Administrator.
Please save your document (using "Save As") with the title in the format below -- with no spaces. Use the name that is the primary (first) author which should be the person who submitted the abstract.

LastName_FirstName.doc
STEP 3: Receive and Approve the Final PDF Document: Within 24 hours of uploading or emailing your completed template you will receive a PDF version of your paper via email. Please look it over closely to make sure it correct and as you want it.
If you find anything that is incorrect or looks wrong, complete Step 2 again and resubmit the corrected paper using the template. You may repeat Step 2 until you are completely satisfied with the final PDF version. Please rename any subsequent documents as follows (so we know you are resubmitting a previous version.)
- Document Title Example for Subsequent Submissions:
LastName_FirstName_v2.doc, LastName_FirstName_v3.doc, etc.
STEP 4: Upload the Final PDF Document: When you are happy with the final PDF version that you receive via email (or that you converted to PDF yourself) go to the Final PDF Document Upload page by clicking "Submit Final PDF Here" below. You'll receive an email to let you know that your final PDF document was uploaded successfully and that the process is complete.
Again, please title your PDF document in the format below -- with no spaces. Use the name that is the primary (first) author which should be the person who submitted the initial abstract.
- Document Title Example:
LastName_FirstName.pdf

STEP 5: Download, Sign and Fax the Copyright Form: Download the Copyright Form using the link below. You'll need to sign it and fax it to Sara Wheeler at the fax number listed below. As an alternative to faxing the signed form, you could also scan it and email it to Sara at the email address below.
