Abstracts
Abstract submission deadline is Thursday May 24, 2007
In addition to our invited presentations, we would also like to receive abstracts for
research presentations, as outlined below. We are also accepting abstracts for research posters
from university students who wish to participate in a judged competition. The top three poster
winners will receive cash awards totaling $1750. We also encourage non-students to provide
poster abstracts, although only students will be eligible to participate in the judged competition.
Presentation and Poster Abstracts may be submitted via email to symposium@inra.org.
All Abstracts will be evaluated for scientific merit. The abstract deadline is Friday May
14, 2007. You will be notified as to your abstract’s acceptance within one week of your abstract
submission.

Presentations will be programmed into topical sessions based on the content of the abstracts.
Presentations may contain theoretical, experimental, and/or applied work, and papers dealing
with all these areas will be considered.
Abstracts should be focused on utilization of functional genomics, proteomics, metabolomiccs, and bioinformatics data relating to microbial, plant and animal genomics.
