There are two ways you can register for the symposium: or

Register online and also have the option to pay online using PayPal. Click the
link below and follow the instructions carefully. Be sure that you and a copy
of your registration before you leave the registration site. If you're not able to
print your registration confirmation, please email the website
administrator. For other questions about the symposium please email symposium
coordinator.
If you register online but do not use PayPal to process the registration fee,
please mail your payment to the address below along with a copy
of your registration confirmation.
Before beginning the registration process, please take a look at

All mail-in registrations and fee payments will receive confirmation
of receipt via email or regular mail. If you do not receive confirmation
of your mail-in registration or payment within a reasonable time,
please email the symposium coordinator.
